Draft PR django6.0-python3.12
I've chosen to base the structure on the bincompat-c-hello directory and adapted the Makefile and configuration scripts to ensure compatibility with the Django 6.0 and Python 3.12 environment.
The application has been successfully tested and runs correctly with Unikraft locally. I am now in the process of migrating the files to my remote branch via SSH to perform the final tests on the VM environment.
